The Ministry of Transportation, Ontario (MTO) retained Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP) Paving Inc. and Dillon Consulting Limited (Dillon) to complete the Design-Build (DB) Contract 2022 – 3008, which includes the Class Environmental Assessment (EA), Detailed Design and construction of the Highway 401 and Highway 4 (Colonel Talbot Road) Interchange Reconfiguration and Highway 4 (Colonel Talbot Road) and Glanworth Drive Bridge Replacements in the City of London.
